My mother who is 98 has very recently gone into a home. At the end of December her hearing aid failed. We contacted the Radcliffe Infirmary Audiology department straight away and within 18 hours they had visited her and returned with a new hearing aid.
Thank you very much to all concerned. It meant she could hear when her grandchildren visited between Christmas and New Year.
