What I liked
The entire experience was first class with the exception of the suggested improvement below.
What could be improved
I attended in a carer role with two people both of whom really needed wheelchairs, not least for their own safety in moving around. It was surprising to find that the Eye Hospital appeared to have no wheelchairs. Staff were unaware of the hospital having any. Perhaps this could be reviewed.Wheelchairs
