I moved to this GP from Elizabeth Avenue to this GP following advice of health professionals due to confusions about funding and service elegibility for my daughters care of her cerebral palsy. Was not very happy about this as I was very happy with my previous GP. Since registering, I have seen a different doctor every single time and have no clue who my actual GP is. Staff are mostly ok, there was a nurse who handled my daughters immunisations who was wonderful, and there was also a GP I saw once who was lovely. However some of you staff, one GP in particular was just the worst I have ever experienced. They were very rude and seemed very eager to get me out of their chair. They were not caring in the slightest and were not helpful at all. As someone who has suffered from depression in the past, I walked in feeling crap and left feeling even worse. A horrible GP, who genuinely could not be less bothered about your health. Was brushed off to book an appointment with someone else, and was told to pick which topic was most important as I “can’t talk about more than one thing”. Ridiculous. I am now in the process of looking for a new GP for me and my daughter. Ended up feeling more hopeless than when I walked in. No patient care whatsoever. A real shame as the staff who are good are reallyyy good, but you also have the worst of the worst. Avoid at all costs.
