"OUTSTANDINGLY GOOD"

This much respected hospital has gained a classification "outstanding" which is hard to achieve and maintain.

In my opinion that is an entirely proper designation for a hospital which showed me exceptional treatment and care in all departments.

I believe it to be a model of how a hospital can and should be operated and run.

I was treated in a friendly and caring manner but that did not mean any lack of professionalism, quite the contrary.

One got the impression of a highly organised, tightly managed outfit where everyone knew what they were doing and knew to do it well.

That seemed particularly evident where cleanliness was concerned.

It was also apparent that the staff enjoyed a strong and happy working relationship.

One told me it was the nicest place they had ever worked.

I know from experience as a one time manager that happy staff make the best staff and plainly the Horder have taken that on board.

I would not hesitate to recommend the Horder as they were recommended to me and long may they continue their excellent work.
