visited the clinic after referal from my optician. Was a bit difficult to find the department initially as i was not given any information on appointment letter. Luckily for me a member of staff saw we were looking lost, and was very helpful and took us right up to the clinic. .
Arrived early and was initially seen straight away. Details checked and eye drops put in. After that i was left sat waiting for 60 mins. Long enough to need to have more eye drops put in which wasn't great.
When i got in to see the consultant they were very good, very professional and very caring.
i would have reviewed even more positively had i not been an hour over my appointment time with no communication from any member of staff to say the clinic was running late.
That would have helped me greatly.
Over all not a bad experience but a liittle bit of communication would have been very helpful
