"Very disappointed"

Made an appointment online to see a doctor, get to my appointment and I'm to see a nurse, when I query this I'm told it's an advanced nurse, Ok so with an open mind I see the nurse, I explain I'm suffering terrible stress because of my job and my hiatus hernia and IBS is playing up I feel sick all the time, not sleeping well and so stressed out, and they say "what exactly do you want us to do?" I was incredulous, they have no empathy,sympathy or interest, quite frankly they shouldn't be in the profession if they cannot at least look caring!! And for the record, if I wanted to see a nurse I would of made an appointment to see a nurse, I don't care how advanced their training is, I made an appointment in good faith to see a doctor!! I expected to see a doctor!!
