"Very impressed"

I am new to this surgery having moved from my previous surgery due to lack of confidence in them.

I have been in a couple of times to speak to reception and have found them friendly, helpful and professional each time. I had my first doctors appointment today and was most happy with the care I received. The doctor sat facing me and took the time to listen to me, not typing through the whole consultation like my previous GP. I didn’t feel rushed at all and felt my mind had been put at ease once I’d left.

I am so pleased I made the move and would definitely recommend this surgery.
