The Sleep Tight workshop gave me the confidence to address my child's sleep problems> Would highly recommend to anyone

It is great to hear these workshops have had such a positive impact on the sleep routines of your young child. The techniques and activities the Family Support Workers offer are more often very succesful as was the case for yourself
