I have visited the surgery on more than a few occasions since the birth of my first child. I have always been able to see the same clinician which has been good for continuity.

My daughter had colic and this was quickly picked up by the professional I saw after being given a proper opportunity to explain her symptoms.

Treatment was offered which made a huge difference to my baby and me.

I have also had bursitis in my hip-I was able to quickly access the Physio clinic at the Ridge-this was instrumental because I was referred for physiotherapy immediately.

I feel listened to and supported at the Ridge-the practice nurse remembers me each time we visit. The nurse has a very warm empathic manner. It's a large practice but the staff make you feel valued. Keep up the good work.
