"The receptionists attitudes are really horrific"

The attitude of the receptionists are truly horrific. Rude offensive and quite honestly in future I will film every interaction with them and contact the press.When was attending to complete my registration. The member of staff first asked are you muslim. I am white, british in my 50s and dont wear a head scarf!. Why the hell is that the fisrst question ?

Then another young lady got to the desk, a member of staff took her docs and said "what do you lot speak" ??? She very calmy said I speak English and I am british..Your receptionist didnt reply. I spoke to the young lady to tell her I was happy to be a witness if she wished to make a complaint. Horrible front line, no skills, offensive and not fit for purpose.

I understand that front line staff often have to deal with people who are upset, frightened or struggle to communicate but Your front line staff do not have the skills or training to deal with the public
