"Arrive on time first appointment won’t be seen..."

I always book the first appointment with the nurse at 8:30. Every time I go the nurse hasn’t arrived to work, or late.. and sitting waiting 20mins to be seen..... surly if you know your first appointment is at 8:30 then you should be there not late or not turn up
