"Made to feel I shouldn’t have been there!"

About: Hertfordshire & Essex Hospital

I attended the hospital yday, as my son had a fall at school. I saw the same member of staff that I did last time I went and both times they have made me feel very uncomfortable. The sign on the door says ‘minor injuries’ - he had an injury, it was minor, so he had every right to be there. The member of staff treated us like we were stupid, talked down to us and made me feel like I had wasted their time, even though he left needing crutches. If I want to take my son to see someone, even if it’s for reassurance, that’s my call, not theirs!! Really unimpressed!!
