At other surgeries I have been with ive found it really hard to get an appointment but never had a problem at towerhill.

It is hard to get through first thing in the morning but I left a message on the answer machine about my little boy not being well and was contacted back really quickly and given an appointment later that morning. The nurse who seen us was lovely.
