I can't be more disappointed in a practice! My mother in law came here for help with headaches, blurred vision, shuffling gait and memory loss to be told it's depression, she's fine to go back to work! So we were not happy, phoned the GP and explained how bad her symptoms were progressing eg. (Bed bound) to get told she will get sent for memory tests, so my reply was,"Right ok I will take her to bupa for a second option" in which they told us," You do that madam" and put the phone down! Within one day of paying £90 at Bupa they told us it was a possible brain tumour and it was! Thank god we got a second option and she got treatment for it! No thanks to this practice! ( She would be back at work)
