"Amazing car e"

The care I have received at posterngate since I became pregnant and gave birth to my son, has been amazing. I have always been able to see a doctor when I have needed to, I have been able to have appointments where both myself and my son are seen by the same doctor at the same time. My Midwife was amazingly supportive and made me feel in control of my pregnancy. The immunisation nurse , has always been caring and helpful, when I have attended for my sons immunisations.

Today I saw a doctor who made me feel welcome and unrushed. They throughly talked through my worries and concerns and even though I had booked the appointment for my self they checked my son over, who had developed a nasty cough overnight. The doctor has just called me at home, at 9pm to let me know they had spoken to a colleague and to confirm my diagnosis. I think the is above and beyond the duty of a GP but much appreciated.
