"Hospital Appointment"

About: University Hospital Wishaw

(as a relative),

My dad, who recently had a stoma operation was having a problem with the stoma bag. He's 84 and was unsure as to whether he was doing things correctly or not. I phoned Stoma Care at 12 noon and was given an appointment for 2pm. Myra then guided him through the steps to reassure him. The care he receives is second to none. Special thanks to Anne Marie & Myra,   Ward 18. You're all heroes!

Myra and Annemarie provide a vey valuable service and they are very receptive to the needs of their patients. I will share your lovely words with them and the staff from ward 18.
