About: Green Lane Medical Centre

After struggling to get through to the surgery on the phone (I was calling at 8am when the lines opened, so I expected a little difficulty) I was spoken to by a lovely receptionist who was able to give me an appointment with the Dr I requested for an hour later- brilliant!

Upon arriving the receptionist was very helpful in solving my Patient Access queries and after a small delay I was called in by the doctor. Having seen this GP before I knew what to expect, the doctor was warm and caring and I didn't feel as if I was being rushed out, I felt very looked after and as if the doctor genuinely cared.

I will be seeing this dr again and have got nothing but good things to say about Green Lane Medical Centre! As a reception manager in a Liverpool GP practice I know the importance of leaving good feedback when you have great service so felt obliged to let my feelings be known!
