The cardiac assessment Unit and the cardiologist who saw me were fantastic.

Thanks to the letter my cardiologist wrote (on day they saw and assessed me) l was able to provide evidence of the need for an urgent appointment at the hospital l was referred to. A vital letter which helped me get an appointment.
