I have been with the ridge medical for over 15 years and I have four children who also attend the surgery. I'm a single parent who has suffered from dv also.

The ridge have been absolutely amazing as one of my children is life limited and they have supported me a lot through all her care and surgeries they are always available to call me and speak to me and reassure me about things. The staff have worked closely with me and my family especially with the other 3 children having severe asthma. I would highly recommend this surgery to my friends and family the level of care is brilliant. I am able to get an appointment when I require one and also get a telephone consultations. Several times Iv gone in as an emergency where the children have been unwell and the practice have been really helpful and more than willing to see them also when they have been in hospital they have also contacted me for after care to see how we are getting on I don't have any negative points to say about the surgery as the level of care is extremely brilliant
