Both my wife and I have health problems - wife COPD and me heart issue, high blood pressure, etc.
Can we get an appointment - you must be joking.
You do n't make an appointment if you do n't need one.
Phone and they will get back to you - if you are lucky and anything up to 5/6 hours
To late - ended up in hospital and not for the first time.
If this is what this surgery classes as patient care. God help us
Even when the doctor tells you to make another appointment, reception staff tell you to phone closer to the date, and to see the same doctor that knows your case is impossible,
more luck then judgement
If the Pathfield group is anything to go by, no wonder the NHS is going down hill and this has nothing to do with money it is just bad patient care
