"Exceptional service"

About: Royal United Hospital / Accident and emergency

Attended the urgent care clinic today and was seen by a wonderful nurse practitioner. Despite being nearly two hours behind they gave me the time and care I needed. They were calming and just chatted to me while checking my symptoms. I have been to the RUH 3 times in the past 2 weeks and have found all the staff amazing. Please pass on my thanks
