"annoying "courtesy" calls"

About: Barnet Hospital / Accident and emergency

Was treated well and within 50 minutes in A & E, by an efficient and friendly ENP.

The next day I received a "Courtesy Call". I said I was still in great pain and wasn't prepared to talk. They rang again the next day. When I asked the purpose of the call (maybe they were seeing if I was OK) - it was "to evaluate my experience". Really! When you are ill and in pain, just one day after your visit!

Hello

Thank you for sharing your review, the hospital has recently been reviewing how we gather feedback from patients as their experience is important.

However, you are right in that we should not be ringing you repeatedly and I am sorry for us doing so.

Kind Regards

Richard
