"Awful experience"

I had an ultrasound today. A disaster.

the gp had asked for the scan in the wrong place and the scan operator refused to move the scanner two inches to where the pain is. The scan operator could see I was very distressed and was very abrupt and rude just said that I will have to be referred again. That costs myself and the NHS when it could have been resolved in five mins today. The scan operator obviously could not care less. Terrible experience.
