My wife and I are currently visiting our elderly neighbour who is in MAND A ward.
I am not commenting on the ward nor on her treatment, but on how I find the hospital as a visitor.
I like very much the PRIDE campaign and the 'talking walls' - from how securely and neatly the posters have been fixed to the walls to their content - I would though put a little more white between them to make them distinctive.
I think for example the one on movement, change of ward, immobility - RED/GREEN? - on how it affects length of hospital stay very informative.
I like also the way you have involved your messages with imagery of those working in the hospital to put 'flesh and blood' to the communication and those that in reality deliver everything.
I think your slogan and acronym - PRIDE - sums it up very nicely.
I am from and Armed Forces background and so have enjoyed the reward of doing ones duty and doing it well, which I assume is what you are trying to achieve with your staff.
I like the artwork and colour schemes - they provide visual stimulation and interest to otherwise dull, monolithic, corridors.
Last,
I found no litter or detritus within the hospital or on the floors of the ward we visited.
You are clearly doing much right so I hope you are glad at least someone noticed.
