Having had a full hip replacement operation on Monday 13th November and been cared for by the most wonderful nursing team and doctors from Aldbourne ward, I am now at home on 15th November. Nobody likes to be in hospital, but if you have to be, then you couldn't be in better hands than these professionals.
They encourage independence but only at a pace you can cope with. The orthopaedic nurses are full of enthusiasm making you want to show them you CAN do that step, that stair.
No words are enough to describe how you made my recovery so easy. No government can pay you Angels enough, but more would help.
Thank you from me and my family for your care and we all wish you a happy and not too busy Christmas
"Surprisingly amazed"
