"Maternity, award 17. Many thanks to all!"

About: The James Cook University Hospital / Maternity

Hi to all! :).I gave birth on th 18 of september 2017 an all my pregnancy Iwas classfied as a risk pregnancy due to my problems. Despite the fact that I was at risk, all my pregnancy went well with no issue for my baby boy! Iwould like to thanks to all people that involved and help me on all my stages, from ppl who workes on scanning to, maternity assesment unit (Midwife ...kiss you), and delivery suite (no 4 on that day), award 17 especially. I had a normal delivery, with a little help from some forceps, but long labour (39h with 16h active). During this time, all the staff had helped me so much and encouraged, and advise me a lot. that there are no words to thanks them. Really soryy that I cant remember their names as I was so foucus to be positive and not to scream or cry :). I started with entonox and carry on with epidural, I had a lot of pain, but all midwifes from those 3 shifts I think were beyond everything. I had lost a lot of blod but they took care to be very well hydrated . Ward 17 was exceptionaly by helping me and cheking me and my baby so many times during our stay, and explain and ecourage me with brestfeeding. Im so gratefull to all that they helped me to have such a positive experience. :) Thank you all! ( pls excuse my englsh)
