Needs to be said , I’ve been a outpatient for a good number of years at Neurology having MS on entering the door to reception I’m met by reception with a smiling face , very rare I’ve gone over my appointment time and always a drink awaits if need be, MS nurses brilliant come Doctors and consultants to NA s and clerks, but!! I went to Castleden Clinic and I can’t thank them enough , the incontinence specialist team was 1st class , I told the nurse couple of problems I had , very professional they put me at ease and asked the right questions, to the minute I walked in I was treated with dignity and concern, I felt so relieved and content within myself when I came out , on the next visit I was warmly welcomed and a smile was given that made me at ease, a big thank you !!!

You got to my problems quick and it’s lifted my depression, being discharged now and satisfied l know any further problems I know who I will be seeing , Caring , effective, respectful , on time and very professional team , keep up the good 1st class work team from a happy patient , Urology Castleden team a warm hug from B.
