Very bad services me and my Mrs wait 1.30 hours for our 1 year daughter with bleeding from her ring finger she was crying badly 😢

In line with national guidance, we aim to see, treat, admit or discharge patients within four hours of arrival at the Emergency Department.
The sickest patients will always be treated first which means some patients will wait longer than we would like.
