My husband had to visit Eye Clinic 2 yesterday as an emergency.
It was very busy at the time we went but we found that the staff were truly wonderful.
We did not have to wait very long to be seen by the nurse in the first instance and then the consultant following that.
The atmosphere was very friendly and reassuring, in spite of being under considerable pressure.
Thank you to everyone.
Whilst waiting there was an incident there which a nurse dealt with very efficiently and calmly, despite circumstances!!!!!
