I tried to book a simple Glucose intolerance test, I have been put through to 4 different departments, I have been given 4 different numbers and I think the last one was so rude, telling me that to ring yet another number and that it couldn't be helped if I'd been given the wrong number by the others. Staff definitely need some customer care training.
