"Receptionist"

It is my worst nightmare to have to arrive at Broken Cross Surgery! My Blood Pressure rises tremendously as soon as I step into the lift. In my opinion some of the receptionists are downright rude. I feel they have little or no respect. I went online to request 2 repeat life saving medication and 1 that's not. They sent prescription to the Pharmacy for the 1 and not the 2 that I really needed. I hate having to visit that surgery as instead of feeling better by the time I leave I feel as if I am heading for a stroke. Receptionists should be reminded that they are the first stop for people who sometimes have very serious health issues which they make much worse.
