"Urology -Does anyone know what is going in this..."

I have ongoing kidney problems, and have Had a few tests over the past year. Everytime i have an appointment to go through my results at urology the dr it says my appointment is with, is never available to see me. Each time i have to see a trainee dr who knows nothing about my case. Its frustrating to have to go through every step with them as no ones bothered to read my file. I am waiting to have an operation which i was told would be done in october as it was urgent, yet i am still waiting for a letter. When i called no one could give me any indication of when this could be. This wouldnt be too bad but having Had constant utis for the past month, various antibiotics that dont work, no sleep and lots of stress, its disgraceful to leave a patient with these known ongoing issues and not offer any help. This whole ordeal is effecting my metal health terribly and is effecting me financially as i have to have so much time off due to drs appointments and pain.
