Bassetlaw Hospital treated my Mother over this last weekend for pneumonia. The care was above and beyond anything I could have asked for. The Nurses especially treated my Mum in a wonderful manner, always upbeat and with such kindness. They called me in the early hours when Mum’s condition deteriorated and again the Nurses and Doctor were very kind, respectful and couldn’t have done more to make sure I was ok and comfortable to stay intil Mum sadly passed away.
The Staff on reception also deserve a mention especially the member of staff at 2am in A&E who guided a rather shaky me in and out of the hospital.
I would give six stars to Bassetlaw Hospital if I could!
