My daughter was transferred to you from the Westmoreland with a temperature of 39.4. Thank you to Ward 30 and Ward 33. One particular consultant and their team looked after her and explained what was going to happen and after surgery she is now recovering.
This is the NHS at its best. Well done to everyone.
