During the week I had so much fun! We did lots of activities including making food. We made Oatcakes and Cheese, Salmon Boats and Fruity Crumble Tumble. We also did relaxation exercises and trust exercises. Teamwork was a big part of the week, we had to do team lifts! The show at the end of the week was amazing. I learned so much during this week. The six elements of fitness : Balance, strength, flexibility, stamina, co-ordination and imagination. I learned so much more too! It was such an enjoyable week!
