"confusing"

Had 12 sessions of counselling sent by GP lovely clean pleasant surroundings nice staff polite and help full counsellor was very nice and I like them but the what ever it failed looking round for private therapy is difficult finding one is a minefield one person who could not help me gave me a name and contact number of some one who very likely this person I had seen at Windsor house so I am very confused as I can find no record of this person in any listings etc or is it a barrow job as it is known in the trade this is no reflection on the service given just a little confusing to me and no way is this any reflection on the service provided.
