"Discrimination and breach of privacy"

About: Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust

On a number of occasions staff failed to make adjustments for my disability despite the records noting than need. I was then refused service as a result of the symptoms that staff triggered. They then failed to respond to my formal complaints of discrimination. Accordingly I took them to court and won my case.

This Trust also recorded inaccurate data about me and made five disclosures without my knowledge or consent. These have also been proven in court as the Trust then refused to correct the inaccurate data as they are required to do and their policy and the NHS policy says they will do.

The staff on the Crisis team do not listen I found them to be arrogant bullies. When I complained they recorded things they knew were untrue, I believe to try to justify their discrimination. The court found it was 'clearly inaccurate.'

The Trust simply lie and deny the facts - I am disgusted at the manner in which I was treated.
