In the last four months I have attended the outpatient department,   pre assessment dept and day surgery in Monklands hospital and I was very impressed with all three departments. The staff were very professional, efficient and friendly. I was seen either early or on time in outpatients and pre assessment, and day surgery staff kept me fully informed about my operation and anaesthetic. I think my experience showcased everything that is good about our wonderful NHS.
