"Excellent outpatient appointment experience"

I attended a cardiology outpatient appointment today and was very impressed with the service once I got the parking sorted.

I was in and out within 30 minutes after having been weighed, blood pressure taken, an ECG and at least 10 minutes with the Dr, who asked questions about symptoms and explained what happens next. At no point did I feel rushed and each member of staff at each point were very polite and displayed dignity and care in there work. The hospital looked sparkling too. Thank you
