"Nurses were exceptional"

I attended an appointment at Forth Valley Hospital for a minor op to remove a growth.

My waiting time was very short after arriving at the hospital.

I was greeted by Doreen who took me through to the treatment room, where I was introduced to Kirsty.

After going through the routine questions, Kirsty explained in detail what would happen to remove the growth.

The procedure took about 15 mins, I was kept fully informed along the way, treated with respect.

After the procedure, Kirsty again explained what I should do to prevent any infection, and what to do if I suspected there was a problem.

My experience was very good, and both nurses were exceptional.
