"Incredibley inpressed from entering to leaving..."

Our visit to your hospital -outpatients - level three today was pleasant and stress free. On entering the hospital we were greeted by a lovely member of staff and asked if we needed any help. Reception was efficent, clean, quient and comfortable. The amenities such as the comfortable seating, cafateria, the pharmacy and toilets were readily available giving an overall ipression of helpfulness, consideration and general concern for patient welfare . If one had difficulty with hearing your name being called you also had the screen available. The staff were polite, kind and considerate. Our appointment was running late but we were polietly and apologetically informed by the member of staff dealing with us. Any fear or anxiety a patien would be experiencing would soon be aliviated. Congratulations - what incredible foresight - all successfull executed. Thank you.
