Attended on 13 November having dislocated my shoulder. Saw the screening nurse who was professional and helpful. Check in was easy and quick. I had a very short wait to see the Triage Nurse, who quickly arranged an X-Ray and introduced me to a Consultant. The Consultant clearly explained the treatment options and I elected to have a Cunningham method treatment. This happened quickly and relatively painlessly. I then had a check up X-Ray. Everyone I met was polite helpful, friendly and professional and the time taken from entering the hospital to leaving was less than 2.5 hours. Thank you.
