I really dont know what is happening to this Practice.

It used to be well run and efficient. Now it is a complete and utter shambles.

You cant get an appointment, you are just told to phone by 8.30am the next day.

When you finally get through the appointments have all gone.

How can you list of your new leaflet that you now have four doctors, four nurse practitioners and three nurses, and yet people still cant get an appointment.

How can you put a big notice up saying we welcome new patients, when you cant accommodate the ones you have already.

I personally am supposed to have regular checks on my COPD and regular blood pressures taken.

I honestly cannot remember the last time my breathing was checked.

I once was left waiting for what the receptionist would be five minutes whilst they looked up my notes,

That turned into 25 minutes hanging on, only for the same receptionist to return with the words Keyhealth Medical Centre can I help you ! At that time I felt really ill and the stress made me feel worse.

Why can we stiill NOT access the website?

All it says is that the site is under maintenance this week.

It has been many many weeks now.

The whole place is a shambles.
