The trainers are excellent!
Very friendly, approachable, informative and interesting.
They had good visual aids, great props and high energy!

Hello, Thank you so much for finding the time to let us know how your recent training session went. It is always good to hear that you found the trainers engaging and motivating - they spend a long time preparing the sessions so everyone gets something out of them - I will pass your comments on to them:)
Don't forget the Resource Centre is open 5 days a week to suport your activties in the community.
