My experience at the Phoenix group is absolutely wonderful. I will not miss a group, even when I'm on holiday, I went on a Monday so I wouldn't miss a group. All the support is wonderful. I love coming, everyone is lovely. Becky and Emily are so good. They are extremely helpful, full of knowledge . it's so wonderful to talk to openly in confidence. There is no judgement. It's lovely to be with like-minded people. We all support each other.

I really don't know what I'd do if I didn't come to this group
