"Care at ward R"

My wife ended her stay at Morriston hospital on Ward R.

I feel the 'care' she received there was abysmal.

Their call buttons were placed on a shelf way out of reach of anyone bedbound. At visiting times me and my daughter restored them to the patients but were told that the staff would not like it, and indeed we saw that they were told off an several occasions for just having them.

I worry that other patients may still be being treated in the way my wife was whilst she was there.

This bad experience was only on ward R, the other wards that she was on before this, the nursing was excellent.
