Attended at 8pm on Monday 13th November. Receptionist abrupt and generally treated me like I was an inconvenience. The fact that A & E was busy this evening appeared to cause much annoyance to this member of staff, such a shame to be greeted like this when it's so apparent that the medical staff are so overstretched and working so hard
