My son was admitted to A&E last night with severe food poisoning. The receptionist to the nursing staff to the doctor were all lovely. Although my son is 18 he'd never been in hospital before and they explained everything they needed to do. Nothing was too much for them, a really fantastic, caring team. Thanks to their quick response my son was able to receive treatment and be released home in the early hours.
