"Very grateful and pleased"

When you are being poked and prodded by lots of different staff in a hospital it can tend to feel worrying and a little impersonal. However, all of the nursing staff were warm, kind and caring throughout my stay and truly calmed me down. I would like to particularly thank one member of staff from your nursing staff, they went out of their way to chat to me and calm me down, even sharing a little giggle. They were absolutely exemplary in their work, and I truly thank them for taking the time for me in what I imagine is a busy shedule. I wish them every success in the future and truly hope they are recognised in how excellent they are at their job! Many thanks.
