"A&E Department"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent / Accident and emergency

My father was admitted into Burton hospital last night after an asthma attack and he had to wait at the pit stop area and observation unit. I can’t praise enough the help that my father received by two nurses. I only wish I’d taken their names.

They were both so helpful, caring and attentive, but also made us laugh and lighten the mood, during a very difficult time for my father.

Thank goodness we still have an A&E unit and the nurses are a credit to the NHS team.

Thank you!
